We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in land development within the consumer goods industry, with a strong focus on project management and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential land development opportunities in Dubai and surrounding areas
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess the feasibility and viability of land development projects
- Develop and implement strategic plans for land development projects, including budgeting and scheduling
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Oversee the entire development process, from initial planning to project completion
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure success
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in land development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field
