We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and a strong background in transportation and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all landscaping projects, including design, installation, and maintenance
- Manage a team of landscaping technicians and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement landscaping plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor and maintain inventory of landscaping materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address any concerns or requests
- Identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings in landscaping operations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in landscaping, with a focus on transportation and logistics
- Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
