We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and landscaping, along with proven experience in managing a team and overseeing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping crew members
- Plan and schedule daily tasks and assignments
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of plants, trees, and shrubs
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and maintain equipment and tools
- Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or issues
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in landscaping or agriculture
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
