### Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Program Manager to oversee and manage our landscaping initiatives within the agricultural sector in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design, project management, and sustainable agricultural practices. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Program Development: Lead the design, planning, and implementation of landscaping programs that enhance agricultural projects while promoting sustainability and environmental stewardship.

- Project Management: Oversee multiple landscaping projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of landscape architects, horticulturists, and field staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with agricultural specialists, local authorities, and community stakeholders to ensure alignment with regional agricultural goals and regulations.

- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure landscaping projects meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

- Sustainability Practices: Implement sustainable landscaping practices, including water conservation, soil health improvement, and native plant utilization, to promote ecological balance.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, providing regular updates and reports to senior management on financial performance and resource utilization.

- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze project outcomes, using data to inform continuous improvement and decision-making processes.

- Training and Development: Organize training sessions for team members to enhance their skills in landscaping techniques, sustainable practices, and safety protocols.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape management, project management, or related roles within the agricultural sector.
- Proven experience in managing landscaping projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
