We are seeking a Language Instructor Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for language teaching and experience in the pharmaceutical industry. This role will involve supporting the Language Instructor in delivering language training to employees within the pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Language Instructor in preparing and delivering language training sessions for employees
- Provide support to employees during language learning activities
- Assist in developing language learning materials and resources tailored to the pharmaceutical industry
- Monitor and assess employee progress in language learning
- Collaborate with the Language Instructor to create engaging and effective language learning programs
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and progress in language training
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and language teaching methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Experience as a language instructor or assistant is an advantage
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
