Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Language Instructor to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The Language Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering language training programs to employees working in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching languages, particularly Arabic and English, and a solid understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement language training programs tailored to the specific needs of employees in the construction industry
- Conduct language assessments to determine employees' proficiency levels
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including worksheets, activities, and multimedia resources
- Deliver language training sessions in both individual and group settings
- Monitor and evaluate employees' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with construction project managers to identify language training needs and goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in language instruction

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Education, or a related field
- Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic and English
- [X] years of experience as a language instructor or teacher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
