Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Language Instructor to join our dynamic team in Sharjah, specializing in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong language skills and a deep understanding of finance-related terminology, enabling them to effectively teach and support professionals in enhancing their language proficiency for business communication. The Language Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering tailored language training programs that cater to the specific needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive language training programs focused on financial services terminology and business communication.
- Assess the language needs of employees and create customized lesson plans to address these needs effectively.

2. Instruction and Facilitation:
- Deliver engaging and interactive language lessons, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Conduct group and individual classes, ensuring that all participants are actively engaged and making progress.

3. Assessment and Evaluation:
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress through assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills and confidence in using the language in a financial context.

4. Professional Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in language instruction, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Participate in training workshops and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

5. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to identify language training needs and align curriculum with company goals.
- Work closely with other instructors to share resources, strategies, and best practices in language education.

6. Cultural Awareness:
- Foster an inclusive and culturally sensitive learning environment that respects the diverse backgrounds of all participants.
- Incorporate relevant cultural aspects into lessons to enhance understanding and application of language in real-world financial situations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Education, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in language instruction, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Strong proficiency in English, with additional languages being a plus (e.g., Arabic, French, etc.).
- Familiarity with financial terminology and concepts is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
