We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Operations Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate leasing operations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the leasing process, including marketing, screening tenants, negotiating leases, and ensuring timely rent collection
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
- Manage a team of leasing agents and provide training and support as needed
- Work closely with property managers to address tenant concerns and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare leasing reports and present findings to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate leasing operations
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and leasing laws
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate management software
