We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Leasing Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. As the Leasing Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our leasing operations program, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize vacancies
- Manage and optimize the leasing process from lead generation to lease signing
- Analyze market trends and competition to make informed decisions on pricing and promotions
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive leasing initiatives and campaigns
- Maintain and update leasing databases and reports to track performance metrics
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and property owners to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and enforce lease agreements and policies to protect company interests
- Lead and mentor a team of leasing agents to achieve targets and goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing operations in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong understanding of leasing laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding leasing targets
- Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in MS Office and leasing management software
