Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing our leasing operations through effective project management, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of information technology. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leasing operations expertise and IT proficiency, ensuring seamless execution of programs and initiatives to optimize our leasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:
- Lead and manage leasing operations programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful program execution.

2. Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing leasing processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline leasing workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics to assess program performance and make informed decisions.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, IT, and operations teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for leasing operations-related inquiries and issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Prepare and present program updates and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

4. Technology Integration:
- Work closely with IT teams to leverage technology solutions that support leasing operations, including software tools and platforms.
- Lead the implementation of new technologies and ensure user adoption through effective training and support.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies that can enhance leasing operations.

5. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to leasing operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of leasing processes, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in leasing operations, program management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of leasing contracts, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with technology solutions relevant to leasing operations, such as CRM systems or property management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
