Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Operations Program Manager to oversee and enhance our leasing operations within the education sector in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and driving strategic initiatives to optimize our leasing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leasing Operations Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end leasing process for educational facilities, including site selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze leasing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, legal, and facilities management to ensure seamless leasing operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including landlords, property managers, and governmental agencies.

3. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all leasing activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Conduct regular audits of leasing operations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the educational leasing sector.
- Analyze competitor leasing strategies to inform decision-making and enhance our positioning in the market.

5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on leasing activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing agreements, documents, and correspondence.

6. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

7. Project Management:
- Manage special projects related to leasing operations, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Education Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years to 8 years of experience in leasing operations, real estate management, or a similar role, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of leasing principles, contract negotiation, and property management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing management software.
