We are seeking a skilled Legal Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE, within the Transportation and Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing legal operations within a similar industry and possess strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all legal operations within the Transportation and Logistics sector in Dubai
- Manage and coordinate all legal matters, including contracts, agreements, and disputes
- Develop and implement legal strategies to ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal guidance and support on various business initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities
- Monitor and analyze legal trends and developments affecting the industry and provide recommendations to senior management
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of legal processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Train and mentor junior legal staff on best practices and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Licensed to practice law in Dubai, UAE
- [X] years of experience in legal operations within the Transportation and Logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of local and international laws and regulations related to the industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
