We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, working within the pharmaceutical industry. The Legal Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all legal operations within the company and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement legal strategies and policies to protect the company's interests and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage and oversee the legal team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on a wide range of legal issues, including contract negotiations, intellectual property rights, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the drafting and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
- Monitor and track legal expenses and budget to ensure cost-effective legal operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and other legal service providers.
- Stay up to date on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company and advise senior management on any necessary actions.
- Conduct internal audits and investigations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in legal operations or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing legal operations in a complex business environment.
- Strong knowledge of UAE legal system and regulations, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
