We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy sector and a proven track record of managing legal operations effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all legal operations within the organization, ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Manage a team of legal professionals, including lawyers and paralegals, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline legal processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal advice and support on various matters, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory issues.
- Monitor and track legal expenses, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Stay informed of industry trends and changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other interactions with external parties.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.

- Strong understanding of local and international laws and regulations related to the energy industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
