Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Librarian Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the library within a construction company. The Librarian Technician will be in charge of cataloging, organizing, and archiving construction-related materials such as blueprints, technical manuals, and project documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the library of construction-related materials
- Catalog and index materials for easy retrieval
- Assist employees in locating and accessing resources
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures for library materials
- Assist in the digitization of materials for online access
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure relevant materials are available
- Conduct research to locate new resources for the library
- Keep inventory of library supplies and reorder as necessary
- Assist in the development of library policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in a library setting, preferably in construction or engineering industry
- Knowledge of library cataloging systems and techniques
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and library software
