We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Librarian Technician in our manufacturing facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing our library of technical manuals, reference materials, and other resources essential for our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the library of technical manuals, reference materials, and other resources
- Assist employees in locating and accessing relevant information
- Catalog and classify materials using the appropriate classification system
- Assist in the acquisition of new materials and resources
- Maintain records of borrowed materials and ensure timely returns
- Assist in the development and implementation of library policies and procedures
- Provide training and support to employees on how to effectively use the library resources
- Assist in digitizing and organizing electronic resources

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field
- Previous experience working in a library or information management role
- Familiarity with library classification systems and cataloging techniques
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and library management software

Required Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a library or information management role
