We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Licensing Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Licensing Agent, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing licensing agreements with manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential licensing partners in the manufacturing industry and evaluate their suitability for partnership
- Negotiate licensing agreements that align with the company's business objectives and financial goals
- Manage the execution of licensing agreements, including contract development, approval, and implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing management of licensed products
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and consumer preferences to optimize licensing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with licensing partners to drive mutual success and growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to licensing agreements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
