We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Coach to join our team in Sharjah within the Aerospace and Defense industry. As a Life Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and mentorship to employees within the organization to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with employees to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals
- Develop personalized coaching plans to help employees overcome obstacles and achieve their objectives
- Provide guidance on career development, work-life balance, stress management, and interpersonal relationships
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to employees on their performance and growth
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify training and development opportunities for employees
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in coaching and personal development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Certified Life Coach with a minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with employees
- Knowledge of aerospace and defense industry is a plus
- Fluent in English, Arabic language proficiency is preferred
