We are seeking a motivated and experienced Life Coach to join our healthcare team in Sharjah. The Life Coach will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and motivation to individuals seeking to improve their overall well-being, mental health, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to identify goals, challenges, and opportunities for personal growth
- Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to each client's needs and objectives
- Provide ongoing support and accountability to help clients achieve their goals and overcome obstacles
- Utilize a variety of coaching techniques, tools, and resources to empower clients to make positive changes in their lives
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as therapists, psychologists, and nutritionists, to provide holistic care and support to clients
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and research in the field of life coaching and healthcare to continuously improve coaching practices and outcomes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
- Certification in life coaching or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in coaching, counseling, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to working with clients
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients
- Knowledge of healthcare practices and regulations in Sharjah
