We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Coach to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals, with a focus on personal development and growth within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with real estate professionals to help them set and achieve personal and professional goals
- Develop customized coaching plans tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each client
- Provide guidance and support to clients in overcoming obstacles and achieving success in their real estate careers
- Utilize a variety of coaching techniques and tools to help clients improve their mindset, confidence, and performance
- Collaborate with other team members to create a supportive and motivating coaching environment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the most relevant and effective coaching services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Business, or related field
- Certified Life Coach with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in coaching or counseling
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proven track record of helping clients achieve their goals and improve their performance
- Knowledge of various coaching techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
