We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Skills Coach to join our team in the construction industry in Dubai. The Life Skills Coach will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees in order to enhance their personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement life skills training programs tailored to the needs of employees in the construction industry
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with employees to address personal and professional challenges
- Provide support and resources to help employees improve their communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify areas for skill development and create strategies to address them
- Monitor the progress of employees and track their development over time
- Organize workshops and seminars on various life skills topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, and goal setting
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in life skills coaching
- Maintain confidentiality and build trust with employees to create a safe and supportive environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
- Certified life skills coach or equivalent certification is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in life skills coaching or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
