We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Skills Coach to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As a Life Skills Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals within the Real Estate industry to help them develop essential life skills and achieve personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one coaching sessions with individuals to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals
- Developing personalized coaching plans to help individuals improve their communication, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Providing ongoing support and motivation to individuals as they work towards achieving their personal and professional goals
- Collaborating with other team members to create and implement workshops, seminars, and training programs focused on life skills development
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of individuals and adjusting coaching strategies as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of coaching sessions and progress reports for each individual

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Certified Life Coach with a minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching and mentoring individuals
- Strong understanding of the Real Estate industry in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Proven track record of helping individuals achieve personal growth and success
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and coaching tools/software
