We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Life Skills Coach to join our team in Dubai. As a Life Skills Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals in the consumer goods industry to help them develop essential life skills necessary for personal and professional success.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to determine the needs and goals of individuals seeking life skills coaching
- Developing personalized coaching plans based on individual needs and goals
- Providing one-on-one coaching sessions to support individuals in developing life skills such as communication, time management, stress management, and goal setting
- Facilitating group workshops and seminars on a variety of life skills topics
- Monitoring and tracking progress of individuals throughout the coaching process
- Collaborating with other professionals, such as therapists and career counselors, to provide holistic support to individuals
- Staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in life skills coaching

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
- Certification in life coaching or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in coaching or counseling roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of consumer goods industry trends and challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
