We are seeking a motivated and experienced Life Skills Coach to join our team in Dubai within the pharmaceutical industry. The Life Skills Coach will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals to help them develop essential life skills and achieve personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to identify the needs and goals of individuals seeking life skills coaching
- Developing personalized coaching plans to address the specific needs of each individual
- Providing one-on-one coaching sessions to support individuals in developing skills such as communication, time management, stress management, and goal setting
- Monitoring progress and adjusting coaching plans as needed to ensure success
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support to individuals
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of coaching sessions and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Certification in life coaching or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching or counseling roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and related challenges is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
