We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loan Closer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in closing loans for energy projects and will be responsible for ensuring all loan documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for loan closing
- Prepare and review loan documents, including promissory notes, deeds of trust, and loan agreements
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Coordinate loan closing meetings and communicate with all parties involved in the loan process
- Provide support and guidance to borrowers throughout the loan closing process
- Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and update loan tracking systems as needed
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the loan closing process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in loan closing, preferably in the energy sector
- Strong understanding of loan documentation and legal requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
