We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loan Closer to join our team in the telecommunications industry in Abu Dhabi. The Loan Closer will be responsible for managing the final stages of the loan process, ensuring all documents are in order and coordinating with all parties involved to successfully close the loan.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Review loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
2. Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, and other parties to gather any missing information or documentation.
3. Verify loan terms and conditions are met and accurately reflected in all documentation.
4. Prepare closing documents and coordinate signing appointments with all parties.
5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the closing process.
6. Communicate effectively with all parties involved to provide updates on the status of the loan closing.
7. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all loan closing activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in loan closing or a related role in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of loan products, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
