Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Loan Closer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi’s thriving real estate sector. The Loan Closer will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and closing of real estate loans, providing exceptional customer service while adhering to industry regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Loan Processing: Review and verify all loan documentation submitted by borrowers and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Closing Coordination: Coordinate with various parties involved in the closing process, including lenders, borrowers, real estate agents, and title companies, to ensure a smooth and timely closing of loans.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and organize closing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to the loan closing date. This includes the Closing Disclosure, Promissory Note, and other necessary documentation.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for borrowers throughout the closing process, addressing any questions or concerns and providing regular updates on the status of their loans.
- Compliance Assurance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations, ensuring that all transactions comply with applicable legal standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of all loan files to confirm that all conditions have been met and that the loan is ready for funding.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the loan closing process, working closely with relevant stakeholders to find timely solutions.
- Post-Closing Activities: Ensure that all post-closing documentation is accurately filed and that funds are disbursed on time.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in loan closing, specifically within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, terminology, and regulations in the UAE.
- Proven ability to manage multiple loan closings simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
