We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Loan Officer Assistant in the field of Agriculture. The successful candidate will work closely with our Loan Officers to assist with the processing and administration of loans for agricultural projects in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Loan Officers in evaluating loan applications for agricultural projects
- Gather and verify financial documents and information from loan applicants
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed agricultural projects
- Prepare loan documentation and coordinate with internal departments for loan approvals
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications and approvals
- Provide excellent customer service to loan applicants and answer any inquiries they may have
- Assist in monitoring the progress of funded agricultural projects and ensure compliance with loan terms
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the agricultural sector
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and industry trends in Abu Dhabi
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages is preferred
