We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Operator to join our team in Dubai. The Logistics Operator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all logistical operations within the healthcare facility. This includes overseeing the transportation, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment to ensure timely delivery and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the receiving, storing, and distributing of medical supplies and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels
- Assist with the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the shipping and receiving process
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of supplies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations within the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and standards is preferred
