Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Machining Tool Operator to join our team in the Education sector based in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machining tools, ensuring precision and quality in manufacturing educational tools and equipment. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a passion for contributing to the development of educational resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate a variety of machining tools, including lathes, milling machines, and CNC machines, to fabricate components and tools for the education sector.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations and sequence.
- Monitor and control machining processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and production timelines.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machining equipment to maintain optimal performance and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to provide feedback on tooling and machining processes for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including quantities produced, material used, and any defects or issues encountered.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Train and assist junior operators in machining techniques and operational procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience operating machining tools in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tool selection, and quality control measures.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and operation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with other departments.
