We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Magistrate to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, within the Retail sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal system in the UAE and be able to apply their expertise in resolving disputes and enforcing laws within a retail setting.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting hearings and trials to resolve disputes between parties in the retail sector
- Interpreting and applying laws, regulations, and legal precedents to make fair and impartial decisions
- Issuing orders and judgments based on the evidence presented in court
- Mediating negotiations between conflicting parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of court proceedings
- Collaborating with other legal professionals, law enforcement agencies, and government officials as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Admission to practice law in the UAE
- [Random number] years of experience working as a Magistrate or in a similar legal role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the UAE
