We are looking for a skilled and experienced Magistrate to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, specializing in Agriculture. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing legal matters related to agriculture, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and resolving disputes within the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearings and trials related to agricultural disputes and offenses.
- Interpret and apply laws and regulations governing agriculture in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Review evidence, legal documents, and testimony to make informed decisions.
- Issue rulings and judgments in cases involving agricultural issues.
- Collaborate with legal professionals, government agencies, and stakeholders in the agriculture industry.
- Keep abreast of changes in agricultural laws and regulations, and ensure compliance.
- Mediate disputes and negotiate settlements between parties in agricultural matters.
- Write legal opinions and decisions on agricultural cases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Licensed Magistrate with experience in agriculture law.
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in agriculture.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural laws and regulations in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound legal judgments.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
