We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Magistrate to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and a passion for delivering justice in a fair and impartial manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting hearings and trials related to Information Technology disputes and crimes
- Analyzing evidence and making informed decisions based on the law and regulations
- Providing legal guidance and advice to parties involved in IT-related cases
- Ensuring that all legal procedures are followed in accordance with the law
- Writing clear and concise judgments and rulings
- Collaborating with other legal professionals and stakeholders in the IT industry
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in IT law and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Admitted to practice law in Ras Al Khaimah
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Information Technology law
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Arabic and English
