We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Foreman Assistant to join our telecommunications team in Abu Dhabi. The Maintenance Foreman Assistant will work closely with the Maintenance Foreman to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our telecommunications equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Maintenance Foreman in overseeing the maintenance and repair of telecommunications equipment, including but not limited to antennas, cables, and network infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and address any issues or potential problems.
- Assist in coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise with telecommunications equipment.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
- Assist in training and supervising maintenance staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training preferred.
- [Random number] years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
