We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Maintenance Foreman Assistant in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a pharmaceutical or similar regulated environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Maintenance Foreman in overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of pharmaceutical production equipment and facilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in training and supervising maintenance staff
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- [X] years of experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a pharmaceutical or similar regulated environment
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
