Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant Mall Security Officer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The Mall Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the construction site, as well as the protection of employees, visitors, and assets within the mall premises.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol designated areas within the mall premises to detect and deter any suspicious activity
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, such as thefts, accidents, or disturbances
- Maintain a visible presence to provide a sense of security and assistance to mall patrons
- Enforce mall rules and regulations to ensure a safe and orderly environment
- Assist with the evacuation of the premises in case of emergencies
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Complete detailed incident reports and keep accurate records of security activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a security officer or related position
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Excellent observational and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform patrol duties
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Security certification or license is a plus
