Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Dubai within the Transportation and Logistics industry. The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and mentor a team of production staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality control to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies in the manufacturing facility.
- Implement cost-saving measures and lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to support manufacturing operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

- Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and driving process improvements.
