We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process within our energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to ensure efficient production processes and maximize productivity.
- Manage and optimize manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing facility.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the energy industry.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing operations and driving process improvements.
