Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes of construction materials and products, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in manufacturing and project management, as well as a strong understanding of the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Management: Lead and manage multiple manufacturing programs from initiation through to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and manufacturing staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in manufacturing operations. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes. Oversee inspections, testing, and evaluation of materials and products to guarantee they meet specifications.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for manufacturing programs. Monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary to stay within budget.

- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with manufacturing programs and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure that contingency plans are in place to address unforeseen challenges.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor manufacturing performance metrics. Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and design teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes with overall project objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex manufacturing programs and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance protocols, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
