We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Research Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Market Research Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of market research operations within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for market research operations in line with the company's objectives.
- Manage and oversee all market research projects, including designing research methodologies, collecting data, and analyzing results.
- Lead a team of market research analysts and coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on research objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Prepare and present regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Continuously improve and optimize research processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- [5-8] years of experience in market research operations, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing market research projects from conception to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in market research tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
