We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and marketing, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth
- Support the marketing team in organizing events, conferences, and other promotional activities
- Create and update marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- [X] years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus
