We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our manufacturing company in Dubai. The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the manufacturing sector
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI
- Lead the marketing team and provide guidance and support to ensure all marketing campaigns are executed successfully
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, events, and PR
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and market dynamics
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools
