We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Massage Therapy Assistant to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist licensed massage therapists in providing high-quality massage therapy services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed massage therapists in conducting client assessments and developing personalized treatment plans
- Perform various massage techniques under the supervision of a licensed therapist
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing massage equipment and supplies
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate self-care techniques
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client records

Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting as a massage therapy assistant
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience as a massage therapy assistant in a healthcare setting
- Valid CPR certification
- Knowledge of additional holistic wellness practices, such as aromatherapy or reflexology
