We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Materials Planning Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and procurement of materials for our telecommunications projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement materials planning strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials for project requirements
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to determine materials needs and create procurement plans
- Monitor inventory levels and establish reorder points to prevent stockouts
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage the materials planning team and provide guidance and support as needed
- Analyze data and generate reports on materials usage, costs, and inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to materials planning and procurement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials planning, procurement, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of materials planning principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and materials planning software
- Certification in supply chain management or procurement is a plus
