We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our healthcare facility in Dubai. The Meat Cutter will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat products according to specific requirements and maintaining a high standard of quality and cleanliness in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to specific requirements and recipes
- Ensure all meat products are handled, stored, and prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in the meat preparation area
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of meat products and supplies
- Assist in the receiving and inspecting of meat products to ensure quality and freshness
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals
- Provide input on menu planning and selection of meat products

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role
- Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and best practices
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Meat Cutting or related field
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or institutional food service setting
