Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and a passion for healthcare.

Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and treatment
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling insurance claims
- Utilize electronic health records and other IT systems to input and retrieve patient information
- Educate patients on health and wellness topics
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all patient confidentiality guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Medical Assisting
- Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed
