We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting medical laboratory technicians in various tasks related to conducting tests and experiments in a financial services setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist medical laboratory technicians in preparing and conducting tests on specimens such as blood, urine, and tissue samples
- Perform routine laboratory procedures, including collecting and labeling samples, operating laboratory equipment, and recording test results
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring they are properly sterilized and calibrated
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure accurate and reliable test results
- Communicate effectively with team members and healthcare providers to coordinate sample collection and test results
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation of test results and laboratory activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical laboratory setting
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
