We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Laboratory Technician Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and manufacturing, as well as a strong background in laboratory procedures and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Medical Laboratory Technicians in conducting tests and procedures on patient samples
- Prepare samples for analysis by centrifuging, aliquoting, and labeling
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
- Follow strict safety and quality control protocols
- Document and report test results accurately
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing maintenance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems and electronic health records
