We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Social Worker to join our team in Dubai. As a Medical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to patients and their families during their medical journey.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the social and emotional needs of patients
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families to help them cope with the challenges of their medical condition
- Collaborate with medical professionals to develop treatment plans that address the social and emotional aspects of patient care
- Advocate for patients to ensure they receive the necessary support services and resources
- Assist patients in accessing community resources and services, such as housing assistance and financial assistance programs
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records and documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and support for patients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Social Worker in Dubai

- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
