We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meeting Planner to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Meeting Planner will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of meetings, conferences, and events within the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and events for internal and external stakeholders within the energy sector
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all logistics are in place for successful events
- Develop and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and track expenses
- Create event timelines and schedules, and ensure all deadlines are met
- Oversee registration processes, attendee lists, and on-site logistics
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and increase attendance
- Provide post-event analysis and reports to evaluate the success of each event and make recommendations for future improvements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in event planning, preferably within the energy industry
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
- Knowledge of Dubai's event venues, suppliers, and local regulations
- Certification in Meeting Planning (CMP) is a plus
